Context

Since May 2025 I have worked across SJR's GX Manager stack, contributing to an AI-enabled product focused on dynamic conversion experiences.

The public product announcement describes GX Manager as a way for enterprise teams to manage, generate, test, and optimise personalised digital experiences at scale.

Contribution

My work has spanned application code, infrastructure, performance, and delivery. I modernised parts of the infrastructure, helped reduce question latency from roughly 25 seconds to 8 seconds, and supported the product's first-client launch.

I also developed advanced image-processing features in collaboration with Microsoft, keeping the implementation focused on practical product value rather than experimental demos.
